Ramie Packing with graphite & oil impregnation is square braided construction, graphite coated and mineral oil lubricated. It is a medium hard packing which is lubricated and graphite throughout. This packing has extremely low frictional characteristics where minimum shaft wear is essential. Having rot resistant, it is ideal for marine use, handling cold water, brine and cold oils. In general, as dynamic sealing, AP2502 is suitable to be used in rotating and reciprocating pumps, lower pressure valves and so on.
